Registry Support Sessions

To support you with the transition to our new Registry home, the Registry Team is holding Zoom sessions for you to meet one-on-one with a team member who can help answer your questions. There are also video and written tutorials to assist with common account issues, such as registering a new account and recovering login info for an existing account.

Drop-In Sessions (no appointment needed)

The Registry team will be holding open drop-in support hours via Zoom, with no appointment needed, at the following times (all in Mountain Time):​

Be aware that for confidentiality purposes, the Registry team can only assist one person at a time. Upon joining the Zoom meeting, you will be placed into a Waiting Room and may experience a brief wait while another person is being assisted.

By-Appointment Account Support

 

In addition, you may make a one-on-one Zoom appointment using the scheduler below. This scheduler should auto-detect your time zone! Please note that these appointments are specifically for support with accessing your Registry account, or creating an account.
